THere are a few questions and answers to help with information you may require when planning your trip, if the answer to your question is not there don’t hesitate to contact us for an answer.

Q: Can we smoke on the coach?
A: No, sorry.

Q: Can we eat and drink on the coach?
A: Only under certain circumstances with prior agreement from us, otherwise its No, sorry, the upholstery on the bus is fabric and so is easily soaked in drink and carries the aroma of food.

Q: Can we drink alcohol on the coach?
A: No, sorry, it is an offence to carry alcohol to or from any sporting event, I’m afraid that includes Horse Racing, but we don’t mind stopping for food and drink providing it is included in your request for quote and agreed by us.

Q: Is it necessary to pay a deposit?
A: We will require an official order from organizations, and we request a deposit to be paid from the general public to secure their booking. This can be paid by cash or cheque, please make cheque payable to Steve Burley and send it to the address on the “Contact Us “ page

Q: How can I make payment?
A: Payment can be made by cheque with guarantee card, or by cash, we will take Euro with prior notice, so that the current exchange rate can be obtained, we do not accept Credit Cards.

Q: Is it possible to pay the driver in cash on the day of the hire?
A: This is fine, the driver will issue a receipt if required.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Deposits will be lost in all cases to cover administration costs; cancellation costs will depend on the notice given and on our ability to replace the booking.

Q: Are there any additional costs that I should be aware of?
A: The price we quote is inclusive of all normal charges, however, if one of your party should foul or damage the bus in any way you, as the party organizer will be liable to cleaning/repair costs

Q: Can three children share a seat, or a child/baby sit on an adults knee?
A: No, sorry, every bum needs a seat, and every body a seat belt, 16 seats = 16 people.
